Managing Director, Client Development

Tara brings two decades of client development expertise and an unbridled passion for relationship building to her role as Managing Director, Client Development at DCM Insights. 

Starting her career at the healthcare professional services firm The Advisory Board Company, Tara developed her acumen for delivering successful client engagements while developing C-Suite relationships early in her career. Following ABC, Tara spent a decade at high growth tech start-ups and scale-ups supporting increasingly sophisticated products and client bases in the Legal and People/HR spaces. Across these roles, she developed grit, resilience, and an unfaltering pursuit of excellence both for her clients and teammates. Tara is thrilled to join the DCMi team to embody the Activator spirit and support elite professional services firms in their evolution to a client-centric modern buying culture.

Tara holds a degree in English from Georgetown University (Hoya Saxa!) and resides in Jersey City, NJ, with her husband and son.
