Savannah brings several years of experience managing client relationships in consulting and training environments to her role as a Client Success Manager at DCM Insights. She has a diverse professional background spanning client success, project management, and enablement.

Prior to joining DCM Insights, Savannah worked at Challenger Inc., where she supported a wide range of clients through onboarding, training delivery, and strategic account management. While there, she worked closely on programs grounded in the research and methodology of Matt Dixon’s bestselling books, including The Challenger Sale and The Effortless Experience.
Savannah currently resides in Washington, D.C.
