With over two decades of executive experience at Xerox, WPP, and PwC, Laura has led cross-functional teams, formulated global strategies, managed client relationships, and driven P&L and revenue growth. She’s earned 19 Presidents Club awards for outstanding performance and team excellence. Her journey into full-time coaching was inspired by her mentorship commitment during my corporate career and 15+ years of volunteering with Women in She Runs It. In 2018, I formalized my coaching and currently an ICF PCC Certified Coach. My coaching spans diverse industries like professional services, finance, technology, law, and real estate. I coach individuals, groups, teams, and facilitate corporate trainings. I specialize in leadership development, business development, communications, resilience, sales performance management, self awareness, time management, habits training and systemic team challenges.
