Jim Fitzmaurice is a seasoned executive advisor and facilitator who helps leadership teams have the conversations that matter most. He designs and leads high-impact strategy sessions that challenge assumptions, surface hidden obstacles, and move organizations from discussion to decisive action.

With over two decades of experience, Jim has worked with senior leaders at medium and large enterprises across both the public and private sectors. Over the course of his career, he has advised more than 1,000 executives, helping them navigate strategic planning, align leadership teams, and overcome the barriers that often derail strategy execution.

Today, Jim serves as an independent advisor and facilitator, designing executive workshops and strategic dialogues that enable leaders to clarify priorities, challenge conventional thinking, and translate strategy into action.

Outside of his professional work, Jim is a board member for a nonprofit organization and serves as an assistant scoutmaster in his local troop. He enjoys traveling with his wife and their three children.
