With over 15 years of experience in programme leadership, client partnership, and operational delivery, Jess brings a strong track record of managing complex, large-scale initiatives across global organisations. She has spent more than 10 years working in professional services environments, specialising in translating strategic vision into practical execution and ensuring programmes are delivered on time, at scale, and with measurable impact.

Most recently, Jess led a global career coaching programme for a major financial services client, reaching more than 1,000 leaders across multiple regions within six months. In this role, she coordinated global project teams and a network freelance consultant and coaches across multiple time zones, implementing scalable onboarding and delivery systems that improved alignment, engagement, and service quality. In  Account Management roles, she has grown key client accounts through strategic partnership development and service expansion.

Jess is a qualified coach and member of the International Coaching Federation. She is based in the UK and works globally with organisations to deliver high-impact programmes.
