Here’s what you can expect throughout your journey:

  • Each week, pre-partners join sessions to share how they’ve embedded Activator principles into their own practices, making the learning real, relevant, and firm-specific.

  • Hear directly from clients about what matters most when choosing and working with outside advisors. Their input brings valuable context and sharpens your ability to build lasting, trusted relationships.

  • Learning doesn’t stop at the session. Each week includes a targeted challenge that gives pre-partners the chance to apply their takeaways right away and build new habits through real action.

  • Pre-partners will learn alongside colleagues from across the firm, with built-in time for interactive exercises and breakouts. These moments deepen learning and help strengthen the internal relationships critical to long-term success and cross-functional growth.

  • At the end of the program, pre-partners will earn an Activator Certificate, which is a concrete marker of their investment in professional growth that they can proudly showcase on LinkedIn.
