Dirk is a strategist and transformation advisor who helps organizations turn people, data, and technology into lasting competitive advantage. A Wharton-trained economist with a global career spanning investment banking, corporate strategy, and organizational transformation, he brings a rare mix of financial rigor and human insight to the challenges facing professional services firms today.
Over the past two decades, Dirk has advised Fortune 500 executives, facilitated leadership team off-sites, and guided C-suite leaders through the adoption of AI and digital transformation. As a founding officer at Insight222, he saw first-hand how applying the principles and tools of Activator empowers professional services business development. He has since launched People-AI-HR, a consultancy dedicated to helping firms leverage GenAI to scale productivity, reduce risk, and improve decision quality.
Dirk holds degrees in economics and political science from the University of Pennsylvania, an MBA from Harvard Business School, and an MPA from Harvard’s Kennedy School. He lives in Virginia, is an avid squash player, and delights in helping his wife in the garden whenever possible.
