Head of Client Success and Delivery Operations

Brighid leads the Client Success and Delivery Operations teams at DCMi.  Their focus is delivering the best client experience across our programs.  Prior to joining DCMI, Brighid has led operations and enablement teams globally.  She has worked in SaaS, Professional Services and Tech organizations such Thomson Reuters, Sage, and CEB (now Gartner).  Her passion is building and leading client centric teams.  She spent most of her career at CEB initially in Washington, DC.  She built and led business development teams globally.  Her career saw her move to London and into a Global Operations and Enablement Executive supporting the global business development teams. Post CEB, she worked in both professional services organizations as well as SaaS in which she led operations teams.

Brighid continues to live in London with her husband, daughter and their chocolate lab.
