Annie Merkle is an organizational development leader, coach, and facilitator who helps leaders and teams do their best work. She partners with organizations to strengthen leadership, navigate change, and build clarity, alignment, and connection in complex environments.

As President of The AMI Solution, Inc., a boutique consultancy she founded more than 20 years ago, Annie brings deep expertise in organizational psychology, leadership development, and change management to her work with senior leaders and teams. Thoughtful, practical, and creative, she is known for designing engaging, human-centered solutions that deliver meaningful and lasting results.

Annie served on the faculty of a global executive development firm, delivering experiential programs that helped professionals build trust, deepen client relationships, and grow their business. She has also lectured on leadership and organizational performance at NYU, Stony Brook University, and Columbia University.

Annie holds an M.A. in Organizational Psychology from Columbia University and a B.A. from the University of Michigan. She currently serves as Board Chair of United Way of Greater New Haven. Proficient in French and a dual citizen of the U.S. and Switzerland, Annie lives in Connecticut with her family and loves to travel and sail.
