Alli brings extensive experience in organizational change and strategic account management to her role. She specializes in guiding clients through the entire transformation process, from initial pilot programs to full-scale, maturity-based adoption. In doing so, she helps leadership teams bridge the gap between high-level strategy and frontline execution, all while navigating complex organizations.

Prior to joining DCMI, Alli spent four years at Challenger, Inc., rolling out large-scale training programs that aligned sales and enablement leaders around a unified go-to-market vision. Her focus remains on driving measurable impact by ensuring these new behaviors are adopted and sustained across the enterprise.

Alli is based in the Washington, D.C. area.
